What type of trips do you organize?

We create custom itineraries in Europe tailored to an individual or group’s request.
We organize transportation (air, rail, car rental, and/or private transfers) accommodations and tours as requested.
We develop our own culture based group itineraries, such as food, wine, art or spiritual tours.
We also help individual clients choose the best escorted tour or river or ocean cruise to suit their desires in Europe.

How do you work with clients?

We communicate with our clients in whatever way is most convenient for them. We can meet face to face with local clients in our office or in their choice of venue: a public place, their home or office. For remote clients, we can use email, phone calls or virtual meetings such as Skype or Zoom meetings.

We start with a complimentary consultation to discuss their needs and ideas and let them get to know us and our style and expertise. We then try to determine if working together is a good fit and discuss our fee schedule.

What is your fee schedule?

After discussing how we will be working with our clients and determining what fees will apply to their vacation needs, we collect a Credit Card Guarantee Form. Not all vacations are a perfect fit for our services and we understand that, which is why the initial consultation is always complimentary. However, if a client is ready to commit to working with us, this form streamlines the process of collecting our fees upfront, so our clients know we’re working for them!

  • Quote for Packaged Vacation (cruises & escorted tours): $100 non-refundable*
    • *Deposit to be used towards vacation package once booked
  • Customized Itinerary Fee: $150-$500*
    • *Customized Itinerary Fees are determined based on services requested and number of travelers and is charged upfront and non-refundable.
Now that we’re working together, how do you generally proceed?

Whether it's sending quotes or custom itineraries, we usually start an email stream of back and forth requests and answers or adjustments. Again, if a client prefers face to face meetings or phone calls, we’re happy to accommodate them, but most of our clients do work the process via email. We work regular office hours, ours are M-F 10am - 6pm, but if a client needs an after hours or Saturday appointment we will try to accommodate them.

We work on the entire trip proposal until we get it exactly as the client desires and then we handle the booking and payment process. Several weeks before their travel date, we either meet or send clients all the Travel Documents they’ll need for their trip and provide them the opportunity to ask any last minute questions they may have.

What if I don’t have a travel partner?

We can help put a vacation together for you as a single traveler while minimizing the additional costs singles often pay. We have numerous suppliers that run specials that reduce or waive the Single Supplements altogether.

We also help singles that may want to join our group trips by matching them up with another single looking for a roommate. We have helped numerous people travel together and build friendships beyond the vacation!

Do you offer Travel Protection policies?

Yes and we highly recommend purchasing them for numerous reasons. Protecting your vacation investment is just smart planning. Let's face it, nobody plans a vacation thinking they might get sick or have an accident that precludes them from going, but I can tell you that it DOES happen. And what's worse than missing your vacation? Losing all the money you paid for it!

Also, you are booking international trips with us, and not all medical insurance follows you out of the US, including Medicare. The policies also offer coverage for baggage loss or delay, missed connections and emergency evacuation to mention a few. Lastly, most policies offer an Emergency Contact number that operates 24/7. We want you to have the confidence of knowing that there is someone that can help you or answer your questions in an emergency, even if it's 2am!

What happens if a client has to cancel or has an emergency while traveling and has purchased the Travel Protection through you?

We will not only start the Claim process for our clients, but we’ll help them fill out the forms, if required. We also provide any documentation that we can in order for them to get reimbursed in a timely manner.

What makes using your services different than booking online or booking with another agency?
